1 qt. ice cream, any flavor

4 envelopes KNOX Unflavored Gelatine

8 OREO Chocolate Cones

24 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (about 1/2 of 20-oz. pkg.)

Decorations, such as ring-shaped chewy fruit snacks, PLANTER'S COCKTAIL Peanuts, decorating icing, JET PUFFED Marshmallows and other assorted candies

SCOOP ice cream into 8 balls using medium ice cream scoop. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheet.

TOP each ice cream ball with chocolate cone for the "clown's hat." Freeze 1 hour or until firm.

PLACE 3 cookies in a circle on each of 8 serving plates; center frozen ice cream scoop over cookies on each plate. Add decorations as desired to resemble clown faces.
